"The 3G Cardio Elite RB Recumbent Bike is a fantastic exercise bike, and amazingly good value for the money. This is really a high quality machine but at a remarkable value price. Also, it makes virtually NO NOISE, and is planted, it just doesn’t move. The machine has the ultimate in adjustments, even the back support, which is extremely comfortable, is adjustable, which I need and like a lot!. I was also extremely impressed with the support of the company too. I have a cardio condition that requires a very slow speed during the recovery mode. I talked with a tech and he quickly arranged for a technician to come to my house and make the needed adjustments, this company is truly AWESOME….. "After buying and using Schwinn 270 recumbent bikes for many years, I finally decided to upgrade to a 3G Cardio Elite last October. What a world of difference, both in hardware and customer support! First and foremost the bike is very comfortable and quiet, which I greatly appreciate. As I began my exercise routine this evening the control panel started beeping and I couldn't figure out how to get it to stop short of unplugging the bike. I called the customer service and my call was answered within a few rings. I got a tech on the other end who after asking me a few questions asked me to push all of the buttons on the bike as it sounded like there was a stuck button. Sure enough when I touched the + button on the right hand grip the bike returned to normal! Man was I happy that I can get back on the bike without any delay. After dealing with all sorts of customer support departments over the years, the support I got tonight was exceptional."

"I have now owned my 3G Cardio Elite RB Recumbent Bike for 3 months, and wanted to wait to write a review until I had a chance to give it a good test. I love this bike. It's as good a quality as the one I used in my Physical Therapy sessions, but probably cost at least a thousand dollars less. The set up directions and format were easy enough to follow, and I did it myself (the hardest part was getting it out of the box). A helper would make it a little faster and easier, but it's not necessary if you have any experience in equipment set up. I did have two very minor issues right away, but they did not keep me from using the bike. I called Service, and they quickly arranged for a service tech to come out and make the repairs. He did an excellent job, and, being under warranty, there was no charge. Now that I know how to use all the dials and adjustments, I am able to enjoy the bike even more. It takes some trial and error to figure it all out, but ultimately, it's not a long learning curve. My favorite feature would have to be the seat. To begin with, it is very comfortable, but what makes it special is that you can adjust the angle of the mesh seat back...a feature not found on any of the low priced recumbent bikes, and rarely on more expensive ones. It allows you to completely customize the comfort factor to your exact preference. Let's be honest, if you're not comfortable on any piece of workout equipment, you're probably not going to want to use it very often. So, to summarize, this bike is very comfortable, extremely quiet, very substantial (it doesn't move when I get the speed and resistance humming), has a small foot print and it looks great. I would unequivocally recommend the 3G Cardio Elite RB to anyone looking to purchase a reasonably priced, high quality bike."
