"I’m so pleased with this treadmill. I’m retired Army, and also a Personal Trainer/Group X Instructor, working in gyms, schools, and various organizations for twenty years. This treadmill is one that you’d find in a professional setting. It may not be the top of the line you’d find, but I’ll tell you what, it’s an excellent, sturdy, well built, beautiful treadmill. The computer operations center is awesome! The touch screen, toggle, and push button functions respond at the touch. I use a Myzone belt and the the treadmill heart rate monitor picks up my belt! The fan is on point. The tread on a scale of silence of 1 to 10, 10 being noisy, I give it a 2. The material the Pro Runner is made of is sleek, stylish, durable, and looks as if I purchased the rest of my cardio and strength machines together, as it has that brushed steal alloy, and black component package as my other big machines. The white glove delivery service was worth the money. My home gym is on my second story. The minor assembly of attaching the frame, to the deck, and mounting the counsel/computer operations center on the frame, took the two gentlemen minutes. The team was COVID-19 masked, socially distanced, and were in and out in 15 minutes, as well as taking all boxing materials with them."

"I don't usually leave reviews, but this treadmill it just that amazing - as well as customer service. Initially I had concerns that the base would not be as sturdy due to the retraction feature that allows for the base fold up. That was not at all the case. The base makes it feel like your running on a treadmill at the gym. Great, but basic features. Has everything I need to get on and get a good run in. Customer service is hands down what should make you select this treadmill if you are in the air between this one and another brand. The rep was super responsive and made everything super easy."

"I chose this after doing a fair amount of research online and even looked at treadmills at our local sporting good store. Initial impression upon delivery is that it was well packaged , it did have a couple rips in the cardboard but it actually had 2 box tops about 4” of cardboard and also Styrofoam to protect the machine during shipping. Other than it being heavy the set up was pretty easy it took about 45 mins. I did need to adjust the walking belt but the owners manual had good instructions on how to do it it only took a couple minutes. Over all it is a well-built machine . The thicker walking belt Is a good feature and the noise level of the motor is low. It is stable and heavy duty. The folding up and down is easy, it actually has an assisted shock to fold down on its own. My wife doesn’t even mind putting it away. The electronic programs are basic but enough to keep us satisfied. We did not want a lot of bells and whistle’s nor did we want to pay for expensive electronics that would probably break soon. That was our experience with our last treadmill. We already have tablets, TVs and headphones so paying for the same stuff with lower quality did not make any sense. I would recommend if somebody has a flight of stairs then it would be worth it to have someone carry this machine. It is heavy so be prepared if you’re doing it yourself. Overall we are very happy with our machine"
