"The the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. The rubber does give off a strong odor at first. After unboxing, I put them out in the backyard in the Arizona sun for a day on each side. That helped! They still have a slight odor that you can smell when you walk into the room, but after a few minutes you don't notice it. I'm sure it will diminish with time."

"I have been in the fitness community/business for 20 years and have to say these are legit! The imperfections are going to always be present with a cost like this. Plus, these plates should be getting marks/dinks/scratched from use like any other brand, but don’t cost hundreds more. Home use, private gym, community gym, it does not matter. Great product, great cost, and packaged for shipping like a tank!"
