Can the arms swing closer for a reverse grip lat pull down set up or close grip lat pull down set up?
The pro clubline leverage is pretty specific units, the arms on the LVLA will diverge, start close and finish wide, there is no other way they move,

Does it use olympic size weights?
Yes, this is designed to accommodate Olympic sized plates with 2″ center hole.

Would a person be able to do one arm lat pulldowns ( for more stretch ) with this machine?
Yes, each side is independent. There is less flexibility than a cable based machine, but the durability for higher weights and longer term use are where this unit shines.
