When completely stored, the two wooden columns take up minimal space, yet when fully extended, the NOHRD SquatRack provides all the features you need for a safe and effective weightlifting session.

Effortlessly retractable and compact when stowed away, the rack transforms from a space-saving storage solution to a robust training platform with limitless possibilities for your barbell exercises.
To create ample space for your workout, the NOHRD SquatRack can be fully extended using a foot mechanism. This will allow use and placement of a weight bench with sufficient room during your weightlifting workout.
The two barbell rests are adjustable at different heights, ensuring secure support during your lifting session. To prevent any contact with the barbell during your upward movement, the barbell rests briefly fold upward upon contact.
SpotterArms are available separately and offer an exceptionally effective safeguard for instances when the weight cannot be maintained or needs to be set down
