   "This training bench is yet another example of beautiful NOHrD product engineering! This item arrived fully-assembled, which was a pleasant surprise. The bench folds up small for storage or for incline sit-ups, and can be un-curled to various degrees to enable a solid platform for weight training, abdominal training, etc. It's really a clever bench and the quality is top-notch!
