The ergonomic back pad pivots as you raise your hips. It supports the full length of the spine for safety and to allow you to fully maximize your glute training!

Included in package: 2-25 lb resistance bands, 2 – 50 lb resistance bands, 2 – 75lb bands and 2 – 100lb bands.
