The Quickfit features premium cushioned seats making for a comfortable, stable workout. The pivoting back pad, adjustable seat, and dual rubber-coated foot placements offer support for upper body push and pull exercises.

Maximize Your Workouts

The sliding seat design and row handle attachment convert the Quickfit into an indoor rower for maximum aerobic and anaerobic conditioning workouts. The color-coded procedure label includes beginning and ending positions for 19 exercises broken into 6 categories: Legs, Chest & Back, Shoulders, Arms, Core, and Sports Specific exercises so users are able to target every muscle group to get the ultimate full-body workout. All of this is achievable with the included training strap and handle accessories.
