The Steelflex PLLS Squat Rack is an incredible strength building machine that targets the Glutes, Hamstrings, and Quads. The machine is developed to allow an individual to stand-up while preforming the exercises.
The Steelflex PLLS Squat Rack is constructed with heavy gauge steel tubing, which improves safety during squats to strengthen glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps’s, and calves. The delicate shoulder and chest pad reduce strains, enabling users to work out comfortably. Standing squat machine PLSS provides a variety of exercises, including the deep squat, lung, and calf press, that allow for both front and reverse training postures.
