The Steelflex PL2300 Squat / Lunge Machine provides squat and deadlift training to develop explosive body force. Pop-pin adjustment of the lever movement arm adapts the exerciser of varying heights. Both straight and curved designs of handles enable trainers to operate the independent lifting arm more conveniently.
